Presentation of the topics addressed The seminar is intended to strengthen the student's interdisciplinary methodology, on topics related to urban and territorial design, given the writing of the Master's thesis. The work is aimed at supporting the student in managing the timing and dimensioning of the work in the different phases of the thesis preparation: framing, analysis (identifying, ordering, classifying, comparing), synthesis, interpretation, design definition, generalisation (understanding rules and conditions that allow the results to be extended to other contexts). 

The student will be accompanied in identifying the thematic field, the methodology to be used, how to circumscribe the theme, and defining the objective and the research question.
